While return shipping is the responsibility of the client, LOTTEDS will reimburse you 2-10 times the shipping cost (plus other damages) in the form of a high-value shopping voucher.
For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new piece to you. We are committed to ensuring your LOTTEDS experience is nothing short of perfection.
