How can I pay for my jewelry?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or PayPal. For our European and North American clients, we also support Apple Pay and local payment gateways which will be displayed at checkout.
Is your site safe and secure?
Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring your browsing and shopping data remains 100% private. We are a PCI-compliant luxury platform.
NEW: Are there any hidden fees for US/EU customers?
No. For the US and most EU countries, the price you see includes duties and taxes. We utilize a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model for most regions so there are no surprises at your doorstep.

NEW: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
As all orders are notified to the designer immediately, you have a 24-hour window to contact service@lottedsjewelry.com to modify your address before the package is handed to the carrier.
NEW: Does Lotteds ship to P.O. Boxes?
For security reasons and to ensure your luxury piece is signed for, we recommend a physical street address. Most DHL Express shipments require a signature for your protection.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials do you use to craft your jewelry?
We use the "Industry Gold Standard" for healthy luxury: Medical-Grade Titanium Steel. This material is safe for all skin types, hypoallergenic, and does not turn green. We also offer 925 Sterling Silver posts and 18k Vermeil for specific collections.
NEW: Why Titanium instead of Solid Gold?
Solid gold is a soft, hyper-expensive commodity. By using Titanium, we can provide a Mirror-Polish finish that is scratch-resistant and durable enough for daily wear, all while keeping the price at a fraction of traditional luxury.
Will my ring turn my finger green?
Never. Skin turning green is caused by cheap copper oxidation. Our Titanium Steel is inert and medical-grade; it will stay as pristine as the day you bought it.
NEW: Are your Lab-Grown diamonds identical to natural ones?
Yes. Under a microscope, they possess the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics. They are 100% conflict-free and eco-conscious.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes! We offer a 30-day "Love it or Return it" guarantee. If you are not head over heels, we want to make it right. Just email service@lottedsjewelry.com.
NEW: Who pays for return shipping?
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are performing an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new piece back to you!
Lifetime Warranty & Care
Do you offer a warranty?
We provide Permanent Free Replacement Parts (Lifetime Warranty). Since our jewelry is handmade and modular, we can often send you a part and a video guide to repair or resize your piece at home.
NEW: Can I wear Lotteds jewelry in the shower?
While Titanium is waterproof, we recommend removing jewelry before showering to protect the 18k POV Gold Plating from harsh soaps. Keeping it dry will ensure it gleams for 3-5+ years.
NEW: Does the 18k plating fade over time?
All plating eventually experiences wear, but because we use POV (Physical Organic Vapor) thick plating, it lasts 50% longer than traditional fashion jewelry. Our customers report a lifetime of 3 years with daily careful wear.
Sizing & Gifting
NEW: What if I don't know my ring size?
We recommend our "Opening Adjustable" rings—they are designed to fit any finger elegantly. If choosing a fixed size, we suggest ordering 1/2 size up. It is better to have a slightly loose ring than one that won't fit at all! View our Size Guide here.
NEW: Is the packaging gift-ready?
Every Lotteds order arrives in a signature, boutique-style jewelry box. We never include the price or invoice inside the parcel, making it perfect for direct-to-receiver gifting.
