Core Promise: All LOTTEDS orders ship via air freight priority (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We never use sea freight or economy ground shipping for international orders. All duties and taxes are included in the price you see — no extra charges on delivery.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track it in real time from our studio to your doorstep. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email service@lottedsjewelry.com and we'll update you immediately.
Duties & Taxes
All duties, customs fees, and import taxes are included. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked to pay additional fees when your package arrives. We handle all customs clearance on your behalf.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will dispatch a complimentary replacement — no waiting for an investigation to complete. If your order exceeds the normal delivery timeframe, contact info@lottedsteam.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
Address Changes
