Made to order, sent insured, tracked the whole way.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not on the list at checkout, write to us — we would rather quote you honestly than block you at the last step.

How long it takes

Stage Time
Handling / setting 2–4 business days. Each piece is set and numbered individually.
Transit 7–14 business days, tracked. Insured for the full order value.
Total 9–18 business days from order to door, most orders closer to 9.

You will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our workshop, together with the piece number and the certificate reference.

What you pay at the border

Purchases are sent with duty and import VAT prepaid where the destination requires it. If your country charges an import fee that our carrier cannot collect in advance, it will be shown at checkout or billed by the carrier on delivery — never discovered by you on the doorstep without warning.

Insurance and signature

Every parcel is insured for its full declared value and requires a signature. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening further and write to us within 48 hours. We handle the carrier claim; you do not have to argue with a courier on our behalf.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check the address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address we were given incorrectly, we will re-send it once you have confirmed the correction, at cost. If the error was ours, we re-send at our cost.
