Membership is not a discount club. It is the room where our one-of-a-kind pieces find their people first.
Some things are not sold to everyone. Every LOTTEDS piece carries a lifetime identity, and every member carries a key to it. Registration is required to purchase — not to keep you out, but to keep the circle worthy of what's inside.
1 · Your Secret Commission Number
Every piece you own is engraved with a Lifetime Private Commission Number — a secret code between you and the piece you chose. It registers the piece to you forever in our Asset Archive, and no one else can ever claim it.
2 · The Private Unwrapping
Every member order ships in our sealed ritual packaging — the box that tells her, before she opens it, that someone took their time. Contents are never disclosed on the label.
3 · First to the one-of-a-kind
Coloured gemstones are singular by nature — no two are alike. Members see each new one-of-a-kind piece before it is ever listed publicly, and many never make it that far.
4 · Value that stays
Member pieces are enrolled in the Lifetime Buy-Back Programme: for as long as LOTTEDS operates, your piece holds its value and may be returned to us whenever you choose. Your love keeps its promise — in every direction.
Prove Your Love
Our rarest pieces — the Aurora Prima stones, the museum-grade clusters — are never simply "in stock". They are released to members who have earned the moment: a story, a gesture, a reason. When a piece like that appears, we will ask you not for your card, but for your answer to one question:
Answer well, and the piece is yours. Some things money can't buy directly. That's the point.
How to join
- Create your account — membership activates with your first registered piece.
- Receive your Commission Number — engraved on your piece and archived in your name.
- Enter the Circle — early access, private releases, and a lifetime of care.
Membership terms are part of our standard terms of sale. Your statutory consumer rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, are never affected by membership or the Buy-Back Programme.
