Returns

Thirty days, no argument. A buy-back is a different mechanism — see the Buy-Back Terms for that.

Returning a purchase

• 30 days from delivery, for any reason.
• The piece must be unworn beyond trying it on, with its certificate card and number plate.
• Write to us with your order number and we will send a return label and a short instruction.
• We pay the return postage on any return caused by our error, and on any return inside the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
• On a change-of-mind return we deduct the outbound shipping we actually paid — nothing else.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving and passing a short inspection. You keep the certificate record; the piece number is retired.

What cannot be returned

• Pieces that have been re-sized, engraved or repaired by a third party.
• Custom commissions once setting has begun — we will tell you clearly at the moment that starts.
• Earrings with a broken hygiene seal, where local law requires a seal.

Faulty or not as described

Our mistake is our cost — both directions of postage, and a repair, replacement or full refund at your choice. This is additional to your statutory rights and is not limited by it.

Your statutory rights

EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. EU customers also have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Nothing on this page reduces those rights, and no membership tier can shorten them.
